Turn ad clicks and local searches into booked AC calls

Where they were before

Family First already had a strong name in Southwest Florida, but their old website didn't match it. It looked dated, buried the phone number and made people dig for the right service. Paid ads were sending visitors to a page that wasn't built to turn them into calls.

What the website had to do

  1. 1Make calling or booking possible in one tap, from any page
  2. 2Show the trust they'd already earned: reviews, license, family-owned since 2009
  3. 3Give each service its own clear page for ads and local search

The decisions that made it work

A quote form on the first screen

The free-quote form sits right beside the headline, so someone with a broken AC can ask for help without scrolling.

Trust in one strip

Google rating, family-owned since 2009, license number and 24-hour service are lined up under the headline, where a worried homeowner looks first.

One page per service

Repair, replacement, maintenance, ducts and air quality each get a focused page, so every ad lands on exactly what was searched.

Phone first

A big call button, short sections and fast-loading images, because most AC emergencies are searched on a phone.

How I built it

  1. 1

    Research

Studied the business, its customers and its competitors, on a phone first.

  2. 2

    Design

Laid out every page around one job: get the visitor to call or ask for a quote.

  3. 3

    Build

Built it fast and light, and checked every page on real phones.

  4. 4

    Launch

Went live on the client's own domain with the business details set up for Google.

What they have now

  • A website that looks like the company Southwest Florida already trusts
  • Clear landing pages to send ad traffic to
  • Two ways to reach them on every screen: call or ask for a quote
